What services we do offer?
Barcelona Airport Transfers provides transfer services to and from the airports within the influence area of Barcelona. All services offered by Barcelona Airport Transfers have, as a general rule, arrival to or departure from Barcelona. We do also provide City Tour services and vehicle dispositions, always including the driver. -
How to contact us?
You can contact us e-mailing at info@barcelona-airport-transfers.com. Barcelona Airport Transfers has also an assistance phone number for our clients. This phone number will be provided only to our clients once the reservation is confirmed. On your arrival or within 24h before, you can phone Barcelona Airport Transfers to inform about any change or new event. The phone number will be enclosed on the confirmation e-mail of your reservation. NO estimates will be attended through our assistance phone number. -
What is included in the price?
The estimate provided always includes taxes (VAT) and motorway tolls, if applicable. -
Is it a private service?
YES. All services provided by Barcelona Airport Transfers are private transfers contracted for a full vehicle. The vehicle is not shared with any passengers not included on your reservation. -
How we will find our driver on our arrival?
Barcelona Airport Transfers assistance or our drivers will be welcoming you on the arrivals area, showing a sign with your name or our logo, a green sign with "Barcelona airport transfers" in white letters. -
What happens if we do not find him?
In the unlikely case that you do not find our driver, you have to phone the assistance number and tell us a specific easy meeting point; the assistance will contact the driver and will inform him about it. -
Does the driver speak english?
Our drivers speak english, however, in some cases we need to rely on collaborators that may provide non speaking english drivers. -
Is the tip included in the price?
Tip is not included in the price. In spain, tip is not compulsory, it is freely given to show the client satisfaction for the service provided. -
We have lost part or all our luggage, what can we do?
One person of the grup have to meet the driver, or phone Barcelona Airport Transfers to inform about it. After filling in the claim form, the driver will take you to your destination. If you wish to wait at the airport, we do advice you that one person of the group can wait, but the rest of the group or family should go to its final destination. All the flying companies provide a handling service that once your luggage is found, it is sent to the address provided by you in the claim form. -
Do you offer discounts for children?
No discounts are offered for children because the price given by Barcelona Airport Transfers, is always referred to a vehicle, not per seat. -
Can we ask for a receipt?
The service confirmation e-mail is a receipt itself, because it includes all the details and price for the service provided. If you want an invoice, please send us all your fiscal information. -
Can you provide us the driver´s phone number?
We can not provide you that phone number, but instead, and in order to give you a better service we provide you our assistance phone number. -
Can we make stops during our transfer?
While providing a transfer to the city, no stops are included. In the case that a long distance transfer would be provided, the driver, if necessary, would stop. No stops will be made for shopping or any other unjustified reason. If requested by the client, a price will be given, and if the extra charge is accepted, it will be directly payed to the driver in cash. -
Do the vehicles have air-conditioning?
All vehicles have air-conditioning and some of them have climatiser. The driver will set the temperature for the best comfort of the passengers. -
Can we modify the destination address while the transfer?
In principle, the destination address should not be modified. In any case, Barcelona Airport Transfers keeps the right to accept or not the change proposed, as though as to make or not an extra charge according to it.
