"Superb Service”
We have just returned from our cruise holiday leaving from Barcelona. We flew into Barcelona airport and needed transport from the airport to the port and return from the port to the airport. I searched the internet for transfer sites and came across (Barcelona Airport Transfer) I emailed them with details requiring transport to and from the airport to the port and asked for a price. They replied very quickly with a quote for 5 passengers and luggage in a mini bus, the price was good so booked the transfer. I paid the charges by card (paypal) with ease then a breakdown with times and pick up details was emailed to me. We arrived at the airport and was greeted by a very polite and pleasant gentleman who took us to our (very clean) mini bus then drove us to the port and unloaded our cases. On our return another very polite and pleasant driver was waiting ready to load our luggage and drive us to the airport,all in all the overall service from Barcelona Airport Transfers was excellent and we would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them"

"Professional, reliable and flexible value for money service”
I have used this service 6 or 7 times over the past 3 years and have found it to be consistently top class. They are always there at pick-up time (I don't how long before, but if we are early they are there!), the vehicles are excellent, the drivers helpful and courteous and knowledgeable. On our last visit to Barcelona in Oct.2011 we used them for Airport to ship, a week later from ship to hotel, and then from hotel to airport again, all for a group of 14 people. On a previous visit one of our party had a mobility scooter along, no problem, they had a little trailer on behind the bus just in case it didn't fit inside. It's nice when you arrive at the airport exit and there standing with a very clear sign is the driver. More so when disembarking a cruise ship the driver will be standing with clearly visible sign, no hassle joining a taxi queue! I have no hesitation in recommending this service"

"Efficient, safe and relyable”
Five of us travelled to Barcellona to board a cruise ship a couple of days before the cruise. We searched for a transfer to take us from the airport and then 2 days later to transfer us to the cruiseport. After getting pricing from a couple of companies we settled on Barcelona Airport Tranfers. The driver met us in the baggage area with a sign, helped with my wife's luggage (we had a ton of it) and showed us to the van. The van was a large mercedes, as we did indicate we had extra luggage, clean with all the safety features you would expect. Despite it being morning rush hour the driver took us quickly and safely to our destination, pointing out a few sites along the way. Similarly we had the same great service to pick us up to take us to the cruiseport. I would recommend Barcelona Airport Transfers to anyone that requires transportation in Barcelona. They were consitently on time if not early, courteous and professional is all respects. Next time we are in Barcelona, and you know we will, we will definately use this company for our transfer requirement"

"Prompt, reliable, courteous service”
We used Barcelona Airport Transfers when we disembarked from our cruise to get to our hotel near the airport. The driver arrived early and held up a sign with our name on it. He promptly and efficiently loaded our luggage and drove us to our hotel. He was very pleasant and courteous. The only potential concern is if you need a driver who speaks English, you might want to note that when you make your reservation. We had pre-paid so there wasn't much need to communicate - I had the hotel address on an index card which I handed to him. I am not sure if he would have been able to respond if we had any substantive questions because I'm not sure that he understood or spoke English. We would DEFINITELY use this transfer company again"

"Reliable Transfer Service in Barcelona"
We used Barcelona Airport Transfers twice on our recent trip to Barcelona. The first was for a pick-up from the airport and delivery to our hotel. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport as promised, and our transportation was a very nice minivan that easily accomodated our four family members and luggage (four suitcases and four carry-ons plus personal items). The driver was courteous and pointed out points of interest on our drive. The second was for a pick-up from the port following our cruise and delivery to the airport. We ended up exiting the cruise terminal at least 45 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, and our driver was there and waiting. This time we had a whole shuttle bus to ourselves for the drive. I found Barcelona Airport Transfers to be a little pricey, but well worth it for the timeliness and reliability"

"Couldn't have gone smoother"
They were waiting for us when we arrived at the airport with a sign with our name on it and they were extremely friendly and helpful. We'd had a long trip and they got us loaded up and where we needed to go with no problem whatsoever. On the return trip they showed up a half an hour early just to make sure we had enough time to load. We were travelling with 10 family members and my husband had set this up and everyone kept telling him how great it was and how happy they were they he'd done it. We couldn't possibly be happier!! We were traveling with our family of 7 and could not have been happier with the service we received. The mini bus was clean and comfortable, and the drivers (Willie and the other driver whose name I can't remember) were punctual, friendly and helpful. This made our trip so much easier - I would especially recommend this service to be transferred from the cruise port. While everyone else was waiting to board motor coaches or standing in line waiting for a cab, we walked off the ship to our waiting driver! Also, when we split the price between family members it was very reasonable"

Our family of 8 flew into Barcelona to catch a cruise the following day. Because there were 4 couples on 4 different flights, we arranged to have Barcelona Airport Transfers meet the last flight. They were there early, sign in hand, waiting for us, and took us to our hotel in the City Center. The next day we were scheduled to be picked up from the hotel at Noon and taken to the cruise terminal. Barcelona Airport Transfers contacted us that morning at the hotel to advise that the main streets of the city were scheduled to be shut down for a protest at Noon, and wanted to pick us up at 11:15 to ensure we were not stuck. Since we were staying right off Plaza Cataluna and had seen the protests in the square the night before, we were very appreciative of their pro-activeness. If we had done as we originally had planned and caught cabs to the dock, who knew how long we would have been waiting! We also arranged for Barcelona Airport Transfers to pick us up at 7:30am the morning our cruise returned, and when we disembarked at 7:15, there they were. When/If we ever have the good fortune to return to Barcelona, we will definitely use Barcelona Airport Transfers again! The mini-bus/van was clean and spacious and the driver, Willie, was very nice"

About getting some cabs to the dock, it is important to know that when people travelling are a group it may be even more convenient to book a private service, not only to better control the transfers but also because sometimes it is even cheaper that to get single cabs to accommodate everybody.

Recently I coordinated transfers for a group in Barcelona using Barcelona Airport Transfers. We had a private van for our group that traveled from the airport to a hotel downtown, hotel to cruise ship, cruise ship back to the hotel upon return and back to the airport all with Barcelona Airport Transfers. Their drivers and service were fantastic! I would highly recommend them for any type of transfers needed. With a group, the prices worked out to be far less per person than using other types of transportation including taxis. Great service!!"

From the moment I contacted you on your website, Merce was always patient & professional in answering our questions. It is not easy planning transportation for 13 persons to/from the hotel/cruise ship/ and site seeing, b...ut you made it easy! What can I say about Carlos except he is wonderful. We used Barcelona Airport Transfers from the airport to our hotel, from our hotel to the cruise terminal and from the cruise to the airport. they were on time for each of the pickups in well equipped vehicles. It was especially nice at the cruise terminal as there were thousands of people departing and we simply walked of the ship and right into our waiting mini buss! Lovely! I talked to others that paid less for their private transportation - but I feel that we got our money's worth from this company and their friendly drivers "

Barcelona Airport Transfers (airport-hotel-port-hotel-airport) Excellent service, very friendly drivers who arrived well before appointed time. The drivers were very easy to spot with very clearly labelled signs showing our name both at both the airport and cruise port. A small mini-bus was provided with seatbelts and a car seat for children if you need one. All drivers spoke a little english, and gave a bit of a commentary on the way to the hotel. Telling us the sights we passed and suggesting where we could go. The driver also told us what was in each direction from the hotel. Found the website for booking very ease to use and it was great being able to book the 4 required journeys in one go. Confirmation of availabilty was received very quickly on completion on the quote, the confirmation of booking had full details including terminal and berth details as well as the hotel address, none of which was input"

The service provided by "Barcelona Airport Transfers" was wonderful, from the people coordinating our transfer to the driver. We had a little problem with our flight, and we received a prompt and helpful response from the team in Barcelona; not only once, but twice. It was easy to stay in touch with them via email. When we arrived in the airport, the driver was already waiting for us, easy to find; he was very kind, helpful, patient with our luggage and stroller (we were traveling with our very jet-lagged 6 year-old daughter). The van was in perfect condition; very clean and it also was very comfortable. The driver asked us if the AC was too high or too low, if we needed anything.... he was friendly all the way to the hotel, sharing with us some highlights on our way, which we found quite helpful to be a little acquainted with Barcelona before we actually settled-in. He didn't drive too fast, nor too slow. He was very careful and we felt very safe all the time.
