For us it is very important that our clients feel pleasantly accompanied by their driver, comfortable in a clean and well conditioned vehicle and providing hassle free transportations.

In regards to the communication we would like to comment to the Tripadvisor travellers that sometimes the synchronization of the mail in the mobile devices in roaming can lead to delays in the reception or sending due to the coverage signal, we did send the confirmation through email about 12 minutes after the reception as usually we respond in order of reception, This can give a feeling of slowness in the answers but nobody keep unconfirmed.

it’s too much usual to suffer arrival delays by the airline. Our company always check the flight status, but is always much appreciated the cooperation of customers who tell us of first hand about possible delays that then we can manage more properly. That could be an important inconvenience if the information stream between travelers and our company is not good. That’s why we always insist them to contact in advance by sms or calling to the assistance number printed on the Voucher as soon as they have any information about changes in the scheduled flight.
We know how important it is to stay calm when circumstances are not optimal, and specially when a family is traveling with children.
We understand that customers who have just suffered such a long delay and in addition they have to take a cruise at a certain time do not it is easy to stay calm, at that time is when comes the savoir-faire of our drivers.
