"10 very satisfied customers”
10 of us just returned from our Barcelona holiday and mediterranean cruise (Oct 15, 2012). We booked 4 transfers (airport - hotel; hotel - cruise terminal; cruise terminal - hotel; hotel - airport) for the 10 of us and let me tell you that Barcelona Airport Transfers made our trip. They are professional, prompt, courteous, helpful and secure and their rates are unbelievably affordable (not to say cheap). Being responsible for the group, I exchanged a few e-mails with their office and the answers were always clear and prompt. Our driver was always a few minutes early witch made it easier for all of us, he managed our lugage, he was helpfull with some explanations of the areas we were in, etc. All in all, I would definitely use their services again and would urge everyone visiting Barcelona to drop them an e-mail. We used the services of BARCELONA AIRPORT TRANSFERS on October 7, 2012. We were very happy with the service provided. Our emails to their office were answered promptly. "Timely, efficient and economical”
I have used a similar service in Rome and loved it. The service in Barcelona was very nice as well. I booked a transfer from the airport to an apartment in town and everything was perfect. In fact, our flight was extremely late and then the airline was nice enough to lose my luggage. our driver, Wilfredo waited for me and my group. As result I booked them for the return trip to the airport. The price is amazing, and the vehicles are very clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the two trips I made with them"

A fantastic service - moving 7 adults and 6 bikes with hold luggage was never going to be easy. But it was perfect! the driver was on time, courteous and immaculately turned out. Travelling with 3 teenage daughters, wife and a mother-in-law demands a high level of service perfection for me to stay ahead of things. BAT gave me full service to and from Sitges. Very simply put - I was 100% satisfied: they were there as expected/booked when arriving at the airport, they had my name correctly spelled, and they were of course the same for my return. "Just perfect”
We booked 2 transfers. For the first one our plane was delayed but our driver was waiting for us. Excellent service. Very nice mini van with plenty of space. For the return to the airport, the disembarkation of our ship was faster than we thought, but our driver was already here, 1 hour before the time of our meeting with him. Just wonderful. And again with a brand new mini van. We tried to take a look at some other transfers (bus from the ship's company, taxi....) but they were really not cheaper and the waiting line for the taxis was horrible. We were extremely happy with Barcelona airport transfers. Next holiday in barcelona are definitely with them again"

This service was cheaper than any of the other quotes I was given but had the best service when compared to all transfer services we used across Europe. Very friendly staff and they were early for all bookings which eliminated any wait time on our part. No need to phone anyone when we got to the airport, they were already there waiting. I had a group of 16 arriving in Barcelona for a cruise, so we booked this company for the 3 transfert. Airport-hotel, Hotel- cruise port and Cruise Port to Airport. All I have to say is, Wilfredo was a really nice guy. He was a little early for all 3 transfers which makes things a little easier when 16 are travelling together, He was friendly, helpful his English is not the best, but he tried hard, and taught me some Spanish while we drove along. Nice touch that we had the same driver for the 3 transfers, made it so much simpler to meet up. I would most definitely recommend them and plan to use them again any time I have groups going into Barcelona"

"First Class Service”
I arranged for 6 people with 9 pieces of luggage to be uplifted from Barcelona Airport, taken to a hotel in the city, then the next morning uplifted and taken to the cruise terminal. On the return from the cruise the above was done in reverse. Our outgoing flight was delayed by an hour then we had an aborted landing which added a further 10 minutes onto our arrival. The driver was waiting for us and never mentioned our late arrival. When we came of the ship we were 90 minutes earlier than arranged for uplift but after a quick call to the company a driver arrived within 20 minutes. Both drivers were polite and efficient and gave us tips on the best areas to eat etc.They also dealt with our luggage with no complaint. I would recommend this company"

C'est ma premiere experience cet été aout 2012, je savais pas a quoi m'attendre mais j'ai été enchanté, le chauffeur etait ponctuel avec un panneau et dessus mon nom( j'ai prevu 30 min apres l'atterissage pour recuperer les bagage) a la sortie au point de rendez vous face a moi le chauffeur souriant, chaleureux et serviable. nous l'avons utilisé 3 fois le service a Barcelone chaque fois pareil impeccable, quand nous reviendrons, à l'hotel le chauffeur nous a prevenu qu'il etait la en faisant telephoner de la reception, on reutilisera se service les yeux fermés. on était 11 personnes (enfants et amis) avec bagages, les véhicules impeccable, propre avec airco vraiment super et le prix vraiment interressant"

My friends and I used this company twice as part of our transportation needs while in Barcelona. The company was easy to work with and was very efficient with details and expectations. The vehicle came early, the driver used a quality sign for designation and the vehicle was very clean. The space available for suitcases was plentiful and the leg room in the vehicle was spacious. "A quick and efficient way to get to our hotel”
After a long flight that was delayed by 45 minutes, it's great to know that the Barcelona Aiport Transfer staff would be waiting outside the baggage claim area to drive our group of five directly to our hotel. Once we saw our sign, it was a brief five minute walk to the van and then a twenty minute drive to the middle of Barcelona where our hotel was located. No hassles nor haggling about prices. All the arrangements were made on-line and the website was easy to use"

I booked online 2 days before we came to BCN, chose the pick up time an hour after we landed so I emailed Merce and asked if we could move the pick up time, didn't take long to answer back and she happily move our schedule. At the airport we were greeted by the friendly driver I think his name is Willy? (sorry can't remember) he's very friendly and helpful language barrier didn't become a problem. He speak a little English and my Spanish is ''pokito'' so it was ok. The mini bus was fantastic good air condition. The apartment we rented is I the middle of a one way street so we have to go down and walk (1minute) at the corner he was helpful enough to carry some of our luggage and showed us the way to the apartment. When we left BCN today the driver was on time as well. Will definitely recommend this transport service as you get good service for the price you pay. "The best transfer I did until today”
The driver was 15 minutes before time (6:30 AM) waiting for us, when I call the hotel desk asking for someone to help me with the lugagges (10 big suit cases), the recepcionist told me that the tranfer was waiting, so the bell boy put our lugagge directlly in the minibus, we were 6 persons coming back to Brazil, the driver when we arrived in the airport helpd us with the lugagge and stop in front our check in area. We never talk to anyone until finish the service. But now I will personally make a excellent review of them for the brasilians to use their service!!!!"

"The best airport transfer in BCN”
We used Barcelona transfer as we are a group of 6 adults and children + one infant. Using a aerobus was not the best way for a big group with luggage and 2 buggies. The driver who waited for us was friendly and speaks good English. The bus which was reserved for us V comfortable, big and air conditioned. We used the transfer again to the airport as we were taking a domestic flight in spain. They came on the agreed time and the transfer was so comfortable as well. The value of money was so good as for a group of our size it would have been either the same or may be more expensive to take a taxi to the city centre where we were booked"

The service was excellent from the time we landed in Barcelona with 12 family members and were picked up to go to our Hotel. Three days later we were picked up from the hotel for a cruise and finally picked up from the cruise twelve days later. They arrived on time at each stop with a trailer for all our extra luggage. Our driver which turned out to be the same one each time was friendly and very courteous. The vehicle was airconditioned and in great condition. We highly recommend this company"

"Perfect Service"
We were traveling as a family of five (three young children) to Barcelona and were a bit concerned about taxi transfers. We were able to inquire directly online with Barcelona Airport Transfers (BAT) and obtained an immediate quote and we really liked that. We made the request online and received a prompt reply confirming our availability, price and instructions for payment if we wanted to book. We were going from airport to hotel, hotel to cruise pier and then cruise pier to airport on three separate days. Again, the website allowed us to get a definite quote for this. Our plane was a late and one of our bags was taking a long time to arrive....but once we cleared customs our driver David was right there waiting for us. I can share with you that others on our same cruise told us that they had booked with other companies (NOT BAT) and those drivers left when the plane was delayed....so they had to take taxis and dispute the prepayment. David was very pleasant and friendly but he warned us that his English was not perfect .....but we were able to communicate just fine. He knew exactly where we were going etc. Two days later, David was at least 30 minutes early for our pick up from the hotel but I only know that because I had to walk down to the corner and I saw him down the street waiting for our arranged time. We were able to leave earlier as a result - but no rush or call telling us to hurry up. On time (early) again! Finally, when leaving the cruise we found out we were going to be off the ship earlier than planned.... no problem, even with only 24 hours notice, Merce Alexia emailed us right back (after hours) and advised that BAT were able to accomodate...and when we came off the ship even earlier than the rearranged time, there was David again waiting for us! A great experience for us and well worth it. It may be more than one taxi but not more than the two we may have needed....and so convienient. Note that the van used for us could have accomodated up to nine. A very nice vehicle. Nothing but positives about this company and the people we dealt with"

As a group of 10 travelling for a weekend trip it made sense to book transfer over herding us on the train and metro. Driver was already waiting for us on arrival and likewise for the return. Barcelona Airport Transfers picked us up at our hotel and transported us to the airport. They were efficient, courteous, on time and easy to work with. We had a group of four adults and several suitcases. They came with a large van and were in our hotel lobby waiting when we came down. The driver was friendly and polite. This was a great way to get to and from the airport! We were a group of 6, and the driver was punctual, polite and service minded. Mini-van with air-con. We had a very early pick up on departure, 04:30, and the driver stood outside the appartement 5 min early. He even helped with the luggage. Highly recomended!"

Three couples booked this service to take us from downtown Barcelona to the airport. It was the most reasonably priced option that I found on the Internet. Also, we had 4 extra bags and there was no extra charge for them - other companies contacted charged extra for the extra bags. Booking on-line was easy and their response was quick. The driver arrived 15 minutes early - he was professionally attired, helpful with our luggage and an excellent driver in the heavy traffic. The van was new, clean and extremely comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company"
