"Great service! Happy drivers! On-time even at 4:30 a.m”
I arranged the service very easily from the United States and paid for the transfers in advance. The communication with me was very clear. Our flight into Barcelona was delayed 1.5 hours and our driver was smiling and waiting for us when we arrived. When we transferred back to the airport two weeks later we had a very early flight. So we needed to be picked up at 4:30 am. Our drive was their on-time and was very courteous an pleasant. Both times there was absolutely no pressure to tip. So we tipped them both!"

As you comment, in some way sometimes taxi could be cheaper. Not always, for instance if you need to take more than one or you’re carrying a lot of luggage. But we want to point out that we’re offering a different service than taxi is
We’re a company that provides private transfer services. We don’t pretend to be an alternative to taxi as the needs we fulfill are different
We wait for our clients and they’re sure they are picked up on the time they request and dropped exactly when they had asked. They don’t need to queue or wait. Everything is arranged. They just arrive, are welcomed and taken to their final destination. It’s a question of making the transfer hassle free!
Of course we drive carefully but this is not what makes our private transfer a better option. We’re the best option not for everybody but for travelers who wish to receive a more accurate service and are willing to pay for it. That’s why they feel that received what they paid for
We hope you spent a really nice long weekend in our city. Your accommodation in the Catalonia Catedral provides a very convenient location for anyone visiting Barcelona, even just walking

Never having been to the city I read lots of reviews of public transport, taxis and private hire companies..... we decided to book with "Barcelona Airport Transfers"
As promised the friendly driver was waiting in arrivals with a name board at the airport and in our hotel lobby on return, the lovely air con 6 seat van had plenty of boot space for the luggage AND had a child seat installed ready for our 3 year old son to jump in. (luggage space and child restraints being a concern with the car in taxi rank option)
Barcelona was a great city with very simple bus and metro service to get around town plus lots of taxis you can 'hail' from the road side.... despite this, I will certainly be using THIS company for my airport transfers here in the future for piece of mind on arriving on time and safely

"Very professional"
I used this service 3 times during 1 trip. They were quite prompt and very professional. My group had 7 people, so each time it was a private transfer. Two people in the group require the use of supplemental oxygen and each driver took that into consideration. They picked us up at the airport and took us to our hotel. A few days later they picked us up at our hotel and took us to the cruise port. When we returned from our cruise, they picked us up and took us to the airport. All in a timely and professional manner. I couldn't be happier with their services"

As your transfer was in Sunday, traffic was not as heavy as usual in our city that’s why you were zipped so quickly to the airport!
To say more, Aragon street where we picked you up is one of the main streets of Barcelona and we know that if you drive smoothly and continuously at 40 Km/h you find all the traffic lights green. Then, you’re able to cross the whole city very fast. Unless, of course, traffic jam doesn’t allow you to reach 40 Km/h!

We used Barcelona Transfers to transport us from the port to our hotel and from the hotel to the Barcelona Airport 3 days later. The driver was very prompt (he was actually early), he was very professional and cordial. He went the extra mile to accommodate my husband who has mobility issues, he moved the van as close as allowed so my husband would not have to walk a long way and then helped us as the airport by going in and getting the wheelchair information from the airline and got us a luggage cart so that we could maneuver with the suitcases.

We had 3 separate bookings with this service (2 separate arrivals at Barcelona airport and 1 transfer from the hotel back to the airport). Barcelona Airport Transfers provided excellent service. The website was very easy to use and I received a prompt response for each booking.
For our first party, the driver was waiting at the arrival exit; for my arrival there was a small delay however the manner in which the delay was addressed was very professional both in person at the airport and later via email. The delay itself was of no consequence but the professional approach was greatly appreciated.
For me the part of the service that I appreciated the most was the driver. While I often get car sick, my driver was so skilled that I enjoyed a very relaxing drive on both occasions.
Our hotel was located in the maze that is the Gothic quarter however the location posed no challenge for our wonderful driver.
Barcelona Airport Transfers is a very professional, service oriented business that I am happy to recommend and whose services I will use again. Thank you!"

"A good reliable, professional company"
I had arranged a cycling holiday for 10 people, so getting from Barcelona to our destination in Sils was a challenge, with all the bike boxes and luggage. After trawling the internet (as you do) I came across Barcelona Airport Transfers. After an initial email to determine whether they could accommodate our needs it was good news. The correspondence was prompt and the price agreed was the price we paid. On arrival at Barcelona Airport and getting to our rendezvous point, our driver Willy, was there with a name board to meet us. He led us to where the mini coach, with trailer, was parked and duly loaded all the luggage and off we went. Willy was very courteous and helpful and within 1.5 hours we were dropped off in Sils. Our arranged time for collection was 4 pm, at 3.45 Willy arrived and patiently waited while we all got our luggage to the coach for him to load up the trailer and coach, and we promptly set off for the airport. One of our group had arrived a day late so had to hire a car to get to Sils and followed the coach back to Barcelona where Willy waited at the tolls and led him to the airport petrol station before dropping some of us at terminal 2 and the remainder to terminal 1, all with a smile and a professional approach. I'm glad I found Barcelona Airport Transfers as it made our transfer a lot easier to undertake, with so much to transport. I recommend them highly for their efficiency, professionalism and reasonable price, so use them with confidence"

As you mention, by sure it’s always a challenge for anyone to arrange any group holiday but we can imagine how more difficult it could be to do it when it’s a cycling one!
You must take care of all the bike boxes and additional luggage and get guaranteed they’re properly carried. Any hassle during the transfers has to be gotten rid. This way you’re able to spend a good time doing what you really like, that is cycling and enjoying the most the good times and unbelievably nice sceneries you visit.
We are really pleased you believe our service was as good as you were expecting. We always try to do our best to accommodate our resources to our clients’ needs as good as possible and we feel satisfied when we know we have met their requirements as it has been in this case.
Catalonia has a lot of nice places really enjoyable when travelling by bike. We’d love many of the travelers that read these reviews would take this possibility into account.

I will like to recommend Barcelona Airport Transfers to anyone dependent on transport from Barcelona Airport to the city. I used them to get from BA to the inner city. The overall process was easy
We were a company of 10 - including a little girl who needed a babys seat - and everything from the initial booking on their website, the pickup in the airport by a friendly english speaking driver, and the drive to the city was a seamless experience. Yes - you might be able to save a couple of euros using another company, but I'm fine paying a few dimes extra for a service like this. It was perfect!"

As others have said, this company provides an excellent service. Okay, so it's not the cheapest way of getting from the airport to downtown Barcelona, but it must be among the most luxurious and convenient, particularly if time is at a premium. We wanted to make the most of our four days in the city, without the hassle of waiting for a taxi or lugging a suitcase through the underground or along the streets. We were greeted in the airport arrivals hall by smartly liveried staff and delivered to our hotel by air conditioned Mercedes in next to no time. This meant that despite our delayed flight we still had time to visit La Sagrada Familia in the late afternoon. Collection for the return journey was a few minutes late due to the traffic, but the driver took the trouble to rind ahead to our hotel so the message could be passed on. Overall, the service could not be faulted"

Detailed directions saw our man waiting for us at the arrivals gate and he duly drove all 13 of us in his air-conditioned mini-coach to our city centre hotel. And coming home, they arrived at our hotel bang on time ensuring ample time for our flight home. Friendly and efficient, we would definitely use Barcelona Airport Transfers again..it's a no-brainer!"

"Hard to top!”
What can be better than being personally addresed by a smiling driver upon arrival, being helped with the luggage and seated in an immaculate car. After a very relaxed drive into the city our friendly chauffeur helped again with the luggage. Knowing that our appartment was located in a traffic restricted zone in the Born district, we expected having to walk a small distance from the drop-off point. Nevertheless our driver managed to find the way just to the front door. For the return pick-up the same friendly person showed up at the same place, even a few minutes before time, helping again with the luggage in and out. We can only say Thank You, and recommend this service"

"Hassle free and worth every penny!”
We were a family of 6, including an elderly passenger who has mobility issues, who were staying in Barcelona before our cruise. We picked up at the airport, where the driver as waiting for us, taken to our hotel, picked up 2 days later and transferred to the cruise port and again picked-up post our cruise and transferred to the airport. The drivers were VERY professional, the transportation very clean and safe, everyone went to schedule and was worry free. I will be back in Barcelona again, this time with only two of us, but we will use tis company again even though it will be more expensive than a taxi for two. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this company - you will not be disapointed"

"Early Morning Transfer”
I arranged a transfer for 6 people from the cruise ship terminal to the Barcelona airport last Monday morning. The online booking and payment was very efficient and the company even suggested an appropriate time for the pick up in light of our very early flight departures. The van appeared at the exit from the terminal building a few minutes before the appointed time. Our driver was most pleasant, the van was clean and obviously well maintained. Prebooked online for transfers between BCN- downtown return, Easy booking service, spoke English and arranged to meet inside airport with name card. Service as described, met us at BCN and took our luggage off us so we could get straight into vehicle on a very rainy evening. Large 10 seater so more than accomodated the 5 in our group. "Great Service”
Hired the services of Barcelona Airport Transfers for transportation from the airport to the hotel and then hotel to port. We were a group of 8 spending a few days in Barcelona prior to a Mediterranean cruise. Our driver was patiently waiting for us at the airport when we arrived - we were delayed given we had to deal with missing suitcases. He promptly drove us to the hotel. Same thing on the day of the cruise where the driver arrived at the hotel a few minutes prior to the set time, took care of all our bags (which were plenty... with 8 women...) and promptly drove us to the port. He knew all the workings of the port and exactly where to drop us off which facilitated our embarkation process. On both occasions, the drivers were very courteous and responded to all our questions"

"A great company providing an excellent service ...”
Four of us (adults) spent four nights at the Alma Barcelona hotel last week and used this company to get us from and to the airport. I found them on Trip Advisor and noted that they were well thought of by recent users. Booking was easy, just a couple of emails, and replies were fast and efficient. It is always slightly worrying, on arrival, in case there is no-one there to meet you, but in this instance there was nothing to worry about. Our driver, 'Willie', was there with my name on display as we came through customs, and led us outside to our transport. The journey was quick and efficient. Likewise for our return to the airport 'Willie' was waiting for us in the hotel foyer at the appointed time. I cannot praise this company enough and would always recommend them. Their driver, and his vehicle, were smart and efficient and 'Willie' made us feel welcome to his city. Just can't understand how they are not rated number 1 !!"

"Only Way to Go”
This was the first time we had booked private pick up service at the airport. Our driver was standing there with his sign waiting for us. We went directly to the car and he informed us of any attractions on the way to the hotel. He drove carefully and spoke excellent English. We had prepaid on line, which I would highly recommend since no one in Europe wants or takes USD. There was no hassle at all. Would do this again for sure!"

Booked transfer for 3 adults/4 kids from Barcelona airport to hotel in evening, then from hotel to cruise terminal the following morning. Travel plans adversely impacted courtesy of local airport issues in UK. BAT amended pickup and drop off arrangements with no fuss at very short notice and refunded based on amended plans without being asked. Pick up itself very smooth and friendly driver made us all feel welcome, insisted on handling all luggage etc himself. I almost never leave reviews on services/companies, but on this occasion feel it was well merited"

"Excellent Service”
I booked a couple of months ahead for 4 couples for travel from the Barcelona Cruise Port to BCN. Although the time quoted was just a little past what I wanted it all worked out perfectly. Carlos was at the port before the given time with my name. He assisted with escorting luggage for another couple to the van that had more than ample room for passengers/luggage. It was a modern and very clean van for 16. Carlos then assisted in getting luggage carriers for us all. This was truly better than I expected and everyone was so pleased that I booked this. I had confirmed a couple of days before from the ship and a quick reply confirming everything was set for us..thank you so much, Merce. The price was fine. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them myself"

"Zuverlässig und preiswert”
Wir waren zu sechst in Barcelona um auf eine Kreuzfahrt zu gehen. Ich buchte 3 Trips, vom Flughafen zum Hotel, am nächsten Tag zum Hafen und am letzten Tag vom Hafen zum Flughafen. Die Buchung war extrem einfach online zu tätigen und nach der Bezahlung kam innert Sekunden der "Voucher" für die Fahrten. Am Flughafen angekommen wartete schon der extrem freundliche Fahrer der uns zum Fahrzeug brachte. Ein Fahrzeug gross genug für alle, plus Gepäck. Auch tags drauf wartete ein Fahrer überpünktlich am Hotel und brachte uns in einem noch grösseren Bus zum Hafen. Auch nach der Ausschiffung wurden wir pünktlich abgeholt. Ich kann diese Firma wärmstens empfehlen, da ich einiges an Erfahrung habe mit solchen Shuttle-Services und keiner war bis jetzt so professionell und freundlich wie Barcelona Airport Transfers. Zudem sind die Preise sehr günstig, wenn man vergleicht, was man mit mehreren Taxis bezahlt hätte. Das nächste mal werde ich auch wieder diese Firma berücksichtigen, denn perfekter geht es nicht"
